The unwinding machine is specialized equipment used to support metal coils and provide tension. Its core function is to achieve smooth unwinding and establish the necessary steel strip tension for subsequent processing like straightening, shearing, and stamping.
Designed with a cylindrical drum, it uses hydraulic or mechanical means to clamp or release coils. Equipped with a central control (CPC) system, it achieves automatic centering for high operational stability.
Used for precise shearing and welding of steel heads and tails. The steel strip is pushed by hydraulic cylinders for shearing, then joined for argon arc welding.
Argon gas creates a dense protection layer to isolate air, while the electric arc fuses the metal together, ensuring seamless continuous production.
A horizontally arranged loop device that achieves dynamic storage and adjustment of materials. It ensures the main machine operates continuously without stopping during head and end welding.
Features a spiral storage structure for buffering, maintaining stable tension and output, which is critical for high-speed rolling processes.
