Hydraulic double-side uncoiler
The unwinding machine is a specialized equipment used to support metal coils and provide tension. It is widely employed in metal sheet processing production lines. Its core function is to achieve the smooth unwinding of the coil and establish the necessary steel strip tension for subsequent processing.
Designed based on the expansion and contraction of a cylindrical drum, it drives radial movement through hydraulic means to clamp or release the coil. Equipped with a central control (CPC) system to achieve automatic centering.
Shearing & Butt Welder
Mainly used for shearing and welding of steel heads and tails. The steel strip is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder for shearing, and the cut steel strip is then joined for welding.
Argon gas is sprayed through the nozzle to form a dense gas protection layer, utilizing an electric arc to heat and fuse the metal together smoothly.
Horizontal Accumulation
A horizontally arranged loop device for dynamic storage and adjustment of materials. It uses a horizontal structure to achieve material buffering.
Typically composed of a spiral winding mechanism and tension control device, it ensures continuous buffering and stable output for the rolling process.
Utilizing advanced servo or variable frequency drive systems enables extremely precise control of strip tension, reducing risks of strip misalignment and weld defects.
The looping device rapidly absorbs or releases strip material, providing effective buffering to prevent equipment damage from sudden tension shifts during production speed changes.
Precise tension and position control prevents defects like stretching, wrinkling, and warping, improving strip utilization and final product quality.
Equipped with a comprehensive automated control system that automatically adjusts loop height and tension without manual intervention.
