The new SmartFiller all-in-one filling line is rated for 35-40 fills per minute, depending on fill volume. Filling, inserting and capping stations are arranged in a straight line. The 4-nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision 4-head piston pump with an accuracy of ±1%. The system includes a closed cabinet with a vibrating bowl for feeding lids (10-50mm diameter) and brushes (10-25mm diameter). The "no bottle, no fill/insert/cap" sensor system ensures efficiency. Ideal for olive oil, this machine supports glass bottles sealed with aluminum lids to increase shelf life. The crimping head is constructed with GE12 elements, ensuring aluminum-friendly operation without lid damage.
