The Automatic Insulating Glass Sealing Robot is an advanced, fully automatic glue applicator designed for the secondary sealing of IG units. After cleaning, drying, framing, and pressing, this sealing robot completes the final step to ensure the IGU is perfectly sealed for long-term performance.

Equipped with a servo-driven control system, a user-friendly touch screen interface, and dual independent glue supply systems, the robot ensures high-precision, high-efficiency sealing operations. It supports pre-storage of glass units for continuous production, automatic adjustment of sealing width and depth, optional automatic corner trimming, and special-shaped glass coating.
