INSULATING GLASS PRODUCTION LINE WITH SUPER SPACER

ZK2500A vertical insulating glass production line is assigned with the following functions: glass washing & drying, aluminum spacer positioning and placement, IGU automatic assembly and panel press, and output conveying. Specially designed for aluminum-spacer type insulating glass units processing, the ZK2500A production line is characterized with the advantages of high efficiency, reliable performance and easy maintenance.

■ Reliable touch screen with easy operation, the system parameters can be modified any time.

■ The working status of the sensors and motors are displayed in the touch screen (input monitor). In case of a malfunction, the fault point can be easily identified.

■ Two operation modes (automatic and manual) are available. Each section can be controlled separately in manual mode for convenient operation.

■ The system includes 7 sections: input conveyor, washing and drying section, transmission station, light inspection & spacer assembly, outside assembly station, panel pressing station, and output conveyor.

The 06 section: Plate pressing is a servo motor controlled synchronous belt pressing system featuring linear guide rails and ball screws. It realizes automatic pressing without manual input of glass thickness due to its integrated thickness measurement function.
