Product Feature:

ZK2500A vertical insulating glass production line is assigned with the following functions: glass washing & drying, aluminum spacer positioning and placement, IGU automatic assembly and panel press, and output conveying. Specially designed for aluminum-spacer type insulating glass units processing, the ZK2500A production line is characterized with the advantages of high efficiency, reliable performance and easy maintenance.

  • Reliable touch screen with easy operation, the system parameters can be modified any time.
  • The working status of the sensors and motors are displayed in the touch screen (input monitor). In case of a malfunction, the fault point can be easily identified.
  • Two operation modes (automatic and manual) are available. Each section can be controlled separately in manual mode.
  • ZK2500A automatic IG line includes 7 sections: input conveyor, glass washing and drying section, glass transmission and storage station, light inspection & spacer assembly station, outside assembly station, panel pressing station, and output conveyor.

Section 06: Plate Pressing

The plate pressing is a servo motor controlled synchronous belt pressing system featuring linear guide rails and ball screws. It realizes automatic pressing without requiring manual input of glass thickness, thanks to its integrated thickness measurement function. Synchronous pressing fully guarantees parallel pressing of two boards. It is equipped with a pressing torque function and adjustable pressure holding time.
