The intelligent glass loading and cutting machine consists of two systems: the loading and cutting machine and the air-floating breaking table. It integrates automatic loading, automatic optimization layout, automatic labeling, automatic cutting, automatic transportation, and an air-floating breaking table, and it realizes the automatic operation of the glass-cutting process. The machine is equipped with power walking wheels, which can be controlled by remote control in the working area for easy shifting.
The machine can realize straight and special-shaped cutting of glass and is suitable for architectural glass, furniture glass, craft glass, decorative glass, cabinet glass, glass mirror, etc. The glass automatic cutting machine adopts an industry-leading servo direct drive structure combined with a high-quality linear guide rail, stable and reliable performance, and long service life.

A professional glass-cutting control system realizes the automatic cutting of straight and special-shaped glass. The pressure is controlled by an electromechanical precision pressure valve, allowing the cutting head to fit the glass surface perfectly. Cutting oil is automatically filled using pneumatic pressure control.
Compatible with the standard G code of Italian OPTIMA optimization software and domestic Guiyou software. The program is designed to cut flat glass into various sizes, improving the cutting rate and reducing waste.
Accurately detects the actual position and deflection angle of the glass and automatically adjusts the cutting path of the cutter head to improve efficiency.
Equipped with 3 big arms and NBR suction cups. The telescopic arm structure replaces the old model of moving the whole machine, realizing automatic loading without manual intervention, providing better safety and efficiency.
