Insulating Glass Processing Line Smart Control Double Triple Glazing Making Machine With Glass Washing and Pressing
The back plate features universal wheels, and bottom transfer wheels are equipped with auxiliary load-bearing brackets, making it ideal for jumbo glass processing.
Equipped with 6 brushes driven by 6 independent motors. The front 3 brushes are soft (0.1mm diameter), specifically designed for Low-E glass to prevent film damage.
High-quality LED lamps are used for energy-saving inspection. A movable door in the back plate allows workers to check the glass back side cleaning condition easily.
Outside assembly provides fast and efficient operation with a low failure rate. The panel press section can be optionally equipped with online argon gas filling.
