HSL-LSX6133 intelligent glass cutting assembly line consists of three major systems: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table.
The glass cutting process is automated and can quickly and accurately perform picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking. Optional functions include automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, laser marking, etc. Suitable for straight and irregular cutting of flat glass in construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, handicrafts, and other fields.
The loading machine adopts mechanical flipping, and the glass raw sheets are removed from the material rack through vacuum suction cups and dropped onto the loading platform. The tool box on the crossbeam is driven by a servo motor for high-speed X/Y movement. The Z-axis motor controls the tool's trajectory while analog signals manage pressure and depth. The four axes move simultaneously for precision cutting.
