Section 01: Input Conveyor
The back plate features universal wheels, and the bottom transfer wheels are equipped with auxiliary load-bearing brackets, optimized for handling jumbo-sized glass.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying
Constructed with stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. Features 6 brushes driven by independent motors. The front 3 brushes are soft (0.1mm) specifically for Low-E glass protection.
Section 04: Lights Inspection & Spacer Placement
High-quality LED lamps for inspection. Includes a movable door for workers to check the rear side cleaning condition conveniently.
Section 05: Outside Assembly
Engineered for fast and efficient operation with a focus on a low failure rate.
Section 06: Panel Press & Argon Filling
Supports inside assembly and panel pressing, with optional online argon gas filling capabilities.
