01 low-e coating detection uses Japanese Omron optical fiber sensor, which can be applied to different LOW-E glass, and the data can be changed at any time according to the film depth of LOW-E glass of different manufacturers.
The overall material of the 02 washing & drying section is an industrial plate stainless steel shell, and the brush bearing base is a stainless steel base. The brush bearing is a self-aligning bearing with long service life and high precision.
Section 02 brushes are available in soft and hard materials, and is equipped with a special coated LOW-E brush. Three hard brushes are in the back and 3 soft brushes are in front.
Powered by six independent motors with a coupling link method, this section prevents belt slippage compared to traditional belt transmissions.
Equipped with a 6-bristle water purification spray system and two-stage cleaning, featuring a stainless steel water baffle to prevent cross-contamination. The conveying rubber rollers are acid and alkali resistant, automatically adjusting spacing based on glass thickness.
The drying zone (air knife room) includes a water mist separation device and German technology air knives with adjustable distance and a high-power sound-proof fan.

Plate pressing utilizes servo motor controlled synchronous belts, linear guide rails, and ball screws. It features an automatic thickness measurement function, realizing precise pressing without manual thickness input.
Equipped with a torque function and adjustable holding time to ensure parallel pressing of two boards regardless of glass size.
