The glass vertical edge grinding line is automated equipment for glass processing, mainly used for glass edge grinding, chamfering, polishing, and other processes. The equipment adopts an automated control system, which can operate continuously, reduce manual intervention, and improve production efficiency.
1. The whole line includes 4 sets of SZM-9SP intelligent polishing machines, 3 sets of SFZT2516 robot arms, and one set of SX-2500L vertical washing machine.
2. Efficiency is controlled by the SFZT2516 Robotics arm (3-4 pcs per min).
3. All edging machines adopt extended feeding and output guideways.
