The entire process is controlled through a Siemens PLC system. Parameters are easily adjusted via a touch screen, and PID output ensures precise temperature regulation. The glass is conveyed through the furnace with a frequency motor for smooth operation.
Full Automatic Running: Operators only need to load the assembled glass onto the loading table and remove the finished product from the unloading table. All other processing steps are handled automatically by the machine, significantly saving labor while maintaining high production efficiency.

All metal sheets used in the equipment are processed by precision laser cutting. The main body is welded with high-quality steel and processed by CNC gantry milling. All mechanical parts are manufactured in a dedicated CNC machining center to ensure accuracy.
