Yes, we warmly welcome and sincerely invite you or your team to visit our factory. We can help arrange hotel accommodations and airport pick-up.
What is the typical delivery term?
Most of the time, we have stock in the factory. If not, the delivery time is normally 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit. Special arrangements can be made for urgent needs.
How is the machine packed for safe transportation?
The machine is packed in standard export wooden boxes for the outer package and stretch film for the inner package to prevent damage during sea or air transport.
Do you offer after-sales technical support?
Yes, we provide 24 hours online service each day and free technical support, including assistance with problem controllers even if they were not originally from our factory.
