The machine adopts leading technology from Italy; washing sections and metal plates contacted with water are made of high-strength, distortion-free stainless steel. It can be connected with single edger lines, vertical CNC working centers, and vertical drilling machines.

Optional Low-E glass detecting system: automatically recognizes the coated side of the glass. Two hard brushes can automatically retract to avoid damaging the coating.

Equipped with three pairs of brushes (six Ø160mm high-temperature resistant brushes) and four spray cycles, ensuring fast and thorough cleaning.

Stainless steel spring system automatically adjusts for glass thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 12mm. All water-contact parts are made of stainless steel, brass, or water-proof aluminum for long-term durability.

Features special-made stainless steel air knives with separate circular wind and an air heating system (reaching 40°C in winter without heaters), ensuring energy-saving and low-noise drying.
