The foundation of a high-quality IGU is cleanliness. Our lines utilize 6 pairs of soft brushes designed specifically for Low-E glass, followed by a high-pressure air drying system that prevents water spots and contamination, ensuring perfect adhesion for the primary sealant.

2. Spacer Application & Positioning

Precision CNC-guided aluminum or warm-edge spacer application ensures that the airspace is consistent throughout. This is critical for preventing Newton's Rings and ensuring long-term thermal performance.

3. Argon Gas Online Filling & Pressing

Our online filling system replaces air with Argon in a vacuum-sealed chamber. This reduces gas waste and ensures a concentration above 90%, significantly improving the U-value of the final glass unit.

4. Automatic Sealing Robot

The final stage involves a robotic sealing arm that applies secondary sealants (Polysulfide or Silicone) with surgical precision, including corners, which are traditionally the weakest point of an IGU.
