Automatic Vertical Insulating Glass Argon Gas Filling Production Line

This line can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation and maintenance.

It can be upgraded and expanded according to user's requirements.

Section 01: Input conveyor

This section is mainly to transmit the glass into the washing and drying section. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.

Section 02: Glass washing and drying section

1. Stainless steel material and corrosion-resistant material adopted for all washing area, water tank, and waterway system.

2. The 6 brushes are driven by 6 motors independently, ensuring continuous operation even if one motor fails.

3. Direct coupling between brush and motor eliminates slipping or idling.

4. Equipped with 0.1 mm soft brushes for Low-E glass and 0.2 mm hard brushes for ordinary glass.

Section 03: Transition section

Adopts dual motors to drive the transmission. Two small glasses can be parked simultaneously to improve efficiency.

Section 04: Lights Inspection & Aluminum spacer placement

1. Made of aluminum-alloy profiles with a professional appearance.

2. Movable back door for easy cleaning access.

3. High-quality energy-saving LED lamps for inspection.

Section 05: Outside assembly (Optional)

Offers fast and efficient assembly with a low failure rate.

Section 06: Inside assembly & panel press with online argon gas inflation

1. Denser steel frame for a stronger machine body.

2. Servo motor controlled panel press.

3. Two-layer front pressing plate for optimal flatness over long-term use.

4. Partitioned suction cups with separate logic valves adjust to glass size.

5. Automatic online gas filling suitable for double and triple IGU (Argon inflation from bottom).

Section 07: Output conveyor

Used to transmit and store glass units to improve work efficiency, especially when connected with a sealing robot.
