The loading table is a loading equipment for fully automatic glass production lines, and can also be used for laminated glass production lines and tempered glass production lines, silver plating lines, and double-sided grinding production lines.
Key equipment that adjusts upper rubber rollers, brushes, and air knives based on glass thickness with digital display. The upper part can lift up to 300mm for maintenance. Features three pairs of brushes and stainless steel air knives with noise-absorbing filter.
Equipped with positioning transition table, lifting universal wheel frame, and suction cup machine. Ideal for merging multi-pieces and large glass pieces. Automatically shifts speed to match the roller press for seamless transition.
Main transmission uses frequency conversion speed regulation. Features 6 meters of heating section with convection fans for uniform temperature. Two large pressure rollers driven by independent motors ensure precise pressing.
Adopts electric heating and fan convection with automatic control. Saves over 30% energy compared to old production lines. Solves uneven temperature issues and features high-pressure convection fans to prevent shaft seal leaks.
