This machine is a conventional type automatic insulating glass gas filling line. It is designed for high efficiency and precision in modern glass processing facilities.
Washing & Drying Section: Features stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. Equipped with 3 pairs of brushes driven by 3 independent motors to ensure continuous operation even if one motor requires maintenance.
Panel Press Section: Controlled by a high-precision Servo motor. The dense steel frame provides a stable body for the machine, ensuring extremely high flatness and optimal pressing effect.
1. High-precision panel press control via machining center.
2. Entrance auxiliary section with 10 height-measuring units.
3. Encoder for length measurement to activate precise gas filling nozzles.
