Automatic Insulating Glass Processing Line WLBZ2025
The vertical design of the IG line makes the production process more economic and faster. It can be upgraded and expanded according to user's requirements. Rectangular units, Shaped units, Low-e coated glass and Step-glass are continuously processed.
The whole insulating glass production line includes 7 parts (from left to right):



Section 01: Conveyor Section
Transmit the glass into the washing and drying section. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.
Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Section
Stainless steel and corrosion-resistant material adopted. The 3 pairs of brushes are driven by 3 motors independently.
Section 03: Conveyor Section
Adopts 2 motors to drive transmission. Two small glasses can be parked at the same time to improve efficiency.



Section 04: Lights Inspection & Spacer Locating
Aluminum-alloy profiles with LED lamps for energy-saving inspection.
Section 05: Outside Assembly
Fast and efficient with a low failure rate.
Section 06: Inside Assembly & Panel Press
Denser steel frame for a stronger body, controlled by Servo motor.
Section 07: Unloading Section
Used to transmit and store glass units, compatible with sealing robots.
