DZM11P GLASS STRAIGHT-LINE EDGING MACHINE

The front and rear beams of the machine adopt a high-strength steel box structure. The right side of the beam features a circular track. Rails on both sides and the round end of the beam are embedded with quenched super-hard steel guide rails, providing more than ten times the service cycle of ordinary rails.

The machine utilizes chainless ball bearing transmission to convert sliding contact into rolling contact, reducing tension and ensuring smooth drive operation. The main drive system combines a variable frequency speed regulation motor with a hardened gear reducer and RV Reducer for maximum efficiency and torque.

Key Application: Applicable to process 3~50mm glass straight-line. Rough/fine grinding and polishing can be finished in one single passage. The surface can reach mirror-degree quality with high precision.
