Introduction
This machine is specifically designed for the drawing, filling, and sealing of ampoules in pharmaceutical production environments. Utilizing a 6-station stepping transmission system, it processes bottles in groups of six. The automated workflow includes bottle feeding, nitrogen flushing (pre-filling), medicinal liquid filling, post-filling nitrogen flushing, preheating, and wire drawing sealing.
Equipped with an oxyhydrogen generator for perfect interface matching, the machine features a robust stainless steel drive rack and a precision-fit pressure bottle plug. The transmission cam is constructed from high-quality steel casting to minimize wear, with a 2-year guarantee on the rotating cam.
