Glass bottle/ Aluminum Bottle Aluminum Cap Automatic Filling Machine (Rinsing Filling and Sealing 3 in 1)

The Whisky/Wine/Vodka Automatic Rinsing Filling and Sealing Machine system is based on advanced overseas technology and designed according to the filling processing demands of wine, vodka, whisky, and similar spirits.

Working Process:

Adopting the bottle bottom holding type to send bottles into the filling machine through the bottle inlet screw via the bottle star wheel. Bottles are held by a lifting device that moves up and down via lifting and pressure cams. The precision filling model starts once the bottle mouth contacts and opens the valve. After completion, the bottle mouth lowers, leaves the valve, and is conveyed out to the chain via the star wheel.

This series equipment is a 3-in-1 unit (rinsing/filling/sealing) designed for glass and aluminum bottles containing wine and alcohol. The capping part can be customized for crown caps or screw caps. It integrates washing, filling, and capping into a scientific and reasonable design with high automation.
