The Glass Bottle Beer and carbonated soft drink filling machine adopts continuous automatic control for liquid level in the filling bowl, double-leader type centering cover, twice vacuumizing, low-temperature equal-pressure filling, and automatic concentrated lubrication. The capping heads are installed with overloading protection devices.
The filling machine features a broken bottle detection system that automatically closes filling valves and washes away debris. The vent pipe includes an automatic foam-removing device for superior filling quality.
