Vertical automatic insulating glass flat press production line is mainly used for Insulating Glass Units (double glazing glass) production. It is designed for high-efficiency glass processing and window/door fabrication.

Utilizes hot air circulation with a 18.5KW high-pressure fan. The system is fully closed and equipped with a silencer to keep noise levels below 75 dB, ensuring zero residue water stains.
Equipped with 60 adjustable suction cups and a Swiss-imported vacuum generator. Servo motors control moving distance and plate pressure, ensuring glass and frames are not deformed or broken during assembly.
Direct inflation structure with 23 independent valves. Achieves gas concentrations higher than 92% with excellent retention rates (85%+ after 48 hours).
