Section 1: Loading Section
Equipped with a Low-E glass automatic diagnosis system. The transmission is driven by stable motor-driven chains with inverter speed control.
Section 2: Washing and Drying Section
Features a stainless steel body with mechanical air knife adjustment. Includes a 15kw fan with muffling equipment for low-noise operation.
Section 4: Light Inspection & Spacer Positioning
Used to inspect washing quality. Includes an entry design for manual cleaning of stubborn dirt and precise aluminum frame positioning.
Section 6: Assembly & Gas Filling
Utilizes 17/18 photoelectric switches to detect glass height and control gas filling gears. The servo-motor-controlled press board ensures uniform pressure.
