The LBP2000Q Vertical Insulating Glass Machine is a high-performance production line designed for the manufacturing of double and triple glazing units with integrated inert gas filling. Constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel, this section features high-temperature soft nylon brushes and sponge rollers. The 15kw fan and dual wind knives ensure rapid, uniform drying with specialized muffling equipment to reduce noise.
This area allows for manual inspection of washing quality and precise spacer bar placement. A unique "entry design" allows workers to access the machine interior for manual cleaning of stubborn debris if necessary.
Utilizing 17-18 photoelectric switches, the system detects glass dimensions and controls 17 gas-filling gears. The press board is driven by a servo motor and roller shaft screw for uniform pressure, achieving European standards for gas concentration.
