The machine is mainly used for washing/filling/capping PET bottle juice, tea drinks and all kinds of energy drink for hot filling. Only need to change a few spare parts, that can suitable for filling pure water and mineral water.
- Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. Empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. Efficient internal and external washing.
- Adopts original overturn and double-opened bottle clip (SUS304), hygienic and durable. Equipped with efficient spray nozzles with 15° angle for water saving.
- Reasonable hygienic design, stable operation with control accuracy within ± 2mm. Filling valve material is SUS304.
- Features liquid level automatic control and valve elevator lift. Juice or hot beverages can backflow via return tank to maintain filling temperature.
- High-precision screw capping with magnetic torque adjustment. Ensures caps are not damaged while maintaining reliable sealing.
- Photoelectrical control stops the machine automatically if no cap is present or if a cap is faulty.
