This carbonated beverage filling machine integrates washing, filling, and rotary capping functions into one unit. It is a fully automatic and high-efficiency liquid packaging solution. Sealing components are made of heat-resistant rubber to withstand high-temperature sterilization processes.

1. Rinser Station

Equipped with a rotary rinsing turret and fixed nozzles. Bottle grippers securely take bottles from the inlet star-wheel, invert them over spray nozzles for thorough rinsing, and return them to an upright position.
