Working Process

For Flat Laminated Glass: Loading → Washing → Assembly Automatic → Pre-heating and Pressing → Unloading → High Pressing into Autoclave → Final Product

For Bent Laminated Glass: Washing → Assemble by Hand → Vacuum in Autoclave → High Pressing in Autoclave → Final Product

Key Features & Components

Washing and Drying: Core equipment featuring adjustable rubber rollers, brush rollers, and air-knives. The upper section can be elevated by 400mm for maintenance. Specifically designed to handle hard LOW-E and coated glass without damage.

Laminating Section: Includes servo-driven automatic suction hangers and motor-driven PVB unwinding. Features both automatic and manual modes for high-speed glass transfer and efficiency.

Pre-pressing & Heating: Reasonable structure with gear transmission and quartz tube heating. Precision clearance adjustment via PLC ensures product accuracy.

Autoclave: Forced convection system with safety-optimized PLC control and HMI interface for energy saving and reliability.
