This Vertical Insulating glass machine is a comprehensive solution composed of 7 sections: loading, washing and drying, transmission and storage, light inspection and spacer bar attaching, transmission, inside assembly with inert gas filling, and final unloading. It features a special design to wash Low-E glass effectively at high speeds.
The entire line is controlled via PLC, realizing automatic frequency control of motor speeds. It solves common issues like uneven pressing and glass misplacement using advanced assembly techniques and precision limit switches.

Features a Low-E glass automatic diagnosis system. The backboard is made of high-quality Aosong board through NC machining for durability and aesthetics.
Equipped with 15kw fans and dual wind knives that adjust automatically to glass thickness. The washing tank includes 1.8KW heaters to ensure optimal cleaning temperatures.
Utilizes photoelectric switches for height induction and a practical entry design allowing manual cleaning of stubborn dirt on large laminated sheets.
Advanced gas filling system with 17/18 photoelectric switches corresponding to filling gears. Uses servo motors and roller shaft screws for precise pressing without hydraulic risks.
