Section Detail Analysis

Section 1: Loading Section

Features Low-E glass automatic diagnosis. The back board is high-quality Aosong board processed through NC machining for durability and water resistance.

Section 2: Washing and Drying Section

Equipped with a 15kw fan and two pairs of wind knives with muffling equipment. The washing body is made of high-quality stainless steel to prevent rust and leakage.

Section 4: Light Inspection & Spacer Positioning

Uses photoelectric switches to induce glass height automatically. Includes an entry design allowing workers to manually clean any stubborn dirt on the glass interior.

Section 6: Assembly and Gas Filling

Features 17-18 photoelectric switches corresponding to gas filling gears. The press board is controlled by a servo motor and roller shaft screw for precise, uniform pressure.
