💡 How does the insulating glass line work?

The glass sheets are thoroughly cleaned and dried in the washing machine.
At the following frame mounting station, the glasses are inspected and the spacer frame is set manually.
The gas filling press takes care of the assembly, both gas filling and pressing are finished simultaneously.
Final sealing ensures the necessary stability and durability of the units.

Section 01-03: Washing & Drying

Stainless steel material and corrosion-resistant components are used for the entire washing area. Three pairs of brushes are driven by independent motors to ensure continuous operation.

Section 04-07: Assembly & Pressing

Equipped with high-quality LED lamps for light inspection. The panel press is controlled by a high-precision Servo motor, ensuring a denser steel frame for a stronger machine body.
