The Glass Seaming Machine (also known as Glass Four Side Edger) is a state-of-the-art automatic glass edging machine designed for high-efficiency processing of rectangular and square flat glass sheets. This horizontal glass seamer features advanced four-side simultaneous grinding technology, capable of completing chamfering, bottom edge grinding, and Low-E coating removal in a single pass at speeds up to 40m/min.
Innovative "three bridges" structure with 4 sets of grinding head mechanisms enables simultaneous up & down chamfering.
Exclusive cylinder-probe positioning design prevents direct contact with glass surfaces, eliminating scratches.
Bottom edge grinding wheels feature a specialized "double edger bowl" structure for flawless finishes.
