1. Production Process

This automatic laminated glass production line is suitable for mass production of flat laminated glass of the same specifications. The automated process ensures high efficiency and precision.

Washing and Drying Machine:

Equipped with a high-quality cleaning brush that can clean coated glass and hard LOW-E glass, ensuring the glass is cleaned without stains. It handles thicknesses between 2.8~25mm. The upper part can be raised to 400mm as a whole for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The glass roller press features a reasonable structure and simple operation. Key features include:

• Main drive with frequency conversion speed regulation and gear transmission.
• Quartz tube heating with zone-based control for each section.
• Synchronous drive for front/rear pressure rollers and heating parts.
• Cylinder lifting buttons for precise gap adjustment between pressure rollers.
