This Vertical Glass Washing Machine is composed of a glass loading section (2000mm), a washing and drying section (1750mm), and a light inspection/unloading section (2500mm). Specially designed to wash Low-E glass effectively at high speeds.
Includes a Low-E glass automatic diagnosis system. The back board is crafted via NC machining for durability and aesthetics. The transmission speed is synchronized with the washing section via inverter control.
Uses purified water and mechanical wind knife adjustment based on glass thickness (3-18mm). Features a 15kw fan with muffling equipment to reduce noise while ensuring uniform drying.
Facilitates glass storage and transmission. Integrated high-intensity lights on the back board allow for clear quality inspection of the cleaned glass surfaces.
