The CNC integrated cutting machine for flat float glass is an automatic, self-loading table for straight and shaped cutting of float glass. It is equipped with a fixed working table, loading arms and breakout bars. The high-tech table has suction cups on the cutting bridge for automatic transfer to a breakout table.
The loading arms are equipped with double suction cups powered by a vacuum pump to ensure maximum safety when loading glass sheets. Sheets are picked up directly from a glass rack with wheels, which is positioned in front of the table, via a quick coupling/uncoupling device. Glass sheets are positioned automatically and squared electronically without any intervention by the operator.
