Laminated glass consists of two or more pieces of glass, which are laminated firmly with PVB interlayer under high temperature and high pressure. The laminated glass production line is necessary equipment for architectural glass, decorative glass, windscreen glass, and bulletproof glass.
The line is composed of: glass washing and drying machine, lamination positioning and transmission machine, movable scissor cup suction hanger, PVB film unwinding machine, pre-pressing machine, and autoclave.
There are two kinds of heaters available: normal quartz heater and IR emitter heater. The entire line is PLC controlled with high efficiency, safety, reliability, and easy operation. Configuration specifics can be customized.
