Glass Tempering Processing
Clean glass is placed on the loading table. Rubber coating rollers transmit the glass into the heating furnace, where it is heated to a soft status at 600-700 degrees. Ceramic rollers then move the glass into the flat tempering section for quenching and cooling via air blowers. Finally, steel rollers transmit the finished tempered glass to the unloading table.
