Featuring a full rubber roller stainless steel double water tank system. Equipped with 3 pairs of brushes, 3 pairs of sponges, two fans, and two sets of air knives. Each set of air knives can be controlled and heated separately. The dual motor brush and transmission are separated to ensure high speed and superior cleaning effects. All water tanks and sinks are constructed from stainless steel.
The air flotation table utilizes a high-pressure fan to create a cushion of air, allowing glass sheets to rotate lightly and without resistance, preventing scratches during the handling process.
Constructed from heavy wear-resistant material, the turning table prevents glass damage. The turning angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, significantly speeding up the glass closing process.
Utilizes 4 conveyor rollers at both inlet and outlet for optimized conveying. The fully enclosed heating area ensures excellent heat preservation, fast heating, and high energy efficiency. The pressing section employs 3 pairs of rollers for precise, sequential pressing.
