Single-head, double-layer and rectangular insulating glass of equal size can achieve continuous and automatic glue coating.
Electronic mixing ratio system for precise control, especially suitable for curtain wall glass gluing. Adjustable for aluminum spacer widths from 6A to 27A.
Full servo motor transport for input and output, featuring high bearing capacity and transmission efficiency.
V-shaped belt transmission system automatically aligns according to glass thickness to prevent adhesives.
Capable of triple glazing (three layers glass and two cavities) gluing in one pass, ensuring a clean and fast process.
Compatible with two-component polysulfide sealant, silicone sealant, or single-component sealant.
PLC touch screen operating system for simple and stable operation.
Automatic thickness measurement solves issues with uneven insulating glass for full automation.
