Detailed Component Display

Section 01-02: Washing & Drying

Stainless steel material is adopted for all washing areas and water tank systems. The 3 pairs of brushes are driven by independent motors to ensure continuous operation even if one motor requires maintenance.

Section 06-07: Pressing & Unloading

The panel press is controlled by a high-precision Servo motor. The machine frame uses denser steel for maximum stability. An integrated encoder calculates glass length to precisely activate gas filling nozzles.
