The large-format smart mirror laser sandblasting machine replaces the traditional etching process. It does not require film pasting, film engraving, or sandblasting. It features fast engraving speeds and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. With low operational costs and no consumables, it allows for direct processing from drawings without the need for molds. The maximum standard sandblasting size is 1.2 meters * 2.4 meters, with customization available.
This technology can remove protective paint from smart mirrors and painted glass in a single pass to achieve a frosted effect. It is fast and ensures no damage to the mirror or glass surface, leaving clear results with no residue on silver or copper coatings.
