Series Glass Laminated Line Structure introduction and technical parameters:
PVB Film Laying Machine:
It can be installed at the same time three different specifications of the PVB film, electric film, film release, film receiving roller with the move to put up the middle film. The film tube replace way: lifting replacement.
Roller Press Machine:
The machine by preloading period, heating period, roller pressure, the footage and electric control cabinet, is for glass with PVB film pressure after processing. Frame with a standard steel, the surface spray paint. The main transmission is the chain transmission, transmission speed variable frequency speed regulating digital display. Roller spacing automatic adjustment, digital display. Automatic constant temperature control, the heating element is quartz infrared heating tube.
