The unwinding machine is a specialized equipment used to support metal coils and provide tension. It is widely employed in metal sheet processing production lines. Its core function is to achieve the smooth unwinding of the coil and establish the necessary steel strip tension for subsequent processing such as straightening, shearing, and stamping.
Used for shearing and welding of steel heads and tails. The steel strip is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder for shearing, and the cut steel strip is then joined for welding. Argon gas forms a thick protection layer to isolate air, utilizing an electric arc to fuse the welded metal together.
