The PVB/EVA Glass Laminating Machine is designed as the latest solution for production of laminated glass. It works with normal PVB film without an autoclave, eliminating the need for climate control. It is fast, safe, and easy to operate.

Control System Display
The processing is controlled through a Siemens PLC; all parameters are easily set via the touch screen. PID output ensures accurate temperature control. Glass is conveyed to the furnace with a frequency motor. Operation is automated: simply load the glass at the entrance, and the machine completes the entire process automatically to the unloading section.
