Excellent Semi-Automatic PVB Laminated Glass Production Line
Controlled by SIEMENS PLC and Touch Screen, this line offers a friendly interface, unique ingenuity, high precision manufacturing, and convenient operation. It efficiently produces two or more layers of PVB or SGP laminated safety glass.
Laminated glass produced by this line features extremely high safety and security, being hurricane-proof, earthquake-proof, riot-proof, and anti-ultraviolet. It offers high water pressure resistance and impact resistance. Even if broken, the fragments stick to the PVB film, preventing scattering and injury. Furthermore, the PVB film significantly reduces noise pollution.
