The washing and drying section features an industrial stainless steel shell with self-aligning bearings for high precision and long life. Brushes are available in soft and hard materials, specifically equipped for LOW-E glass. Powered by six independent motors with coupling links, the system prevents slippage common in belt-driven machines. The drying zone includes a water mist separation device to eliminate floating mist, ensuring a perfect finish as glass passes through the high-pressure air knives.
