Automatic Vertical Insulating Glass Argon Gas Filling Production Line

This line can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation and maintenance. It can be upgraded and expanded according to user's requirements.

Input Conveyor: This section is mainly to transmit the glass into the washing and drying section. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.

Glass Washing and Drying Section:

Stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials used for washing area and water system.
6 brushes driven by 6 independent motors to ensure continuous operation.
Direct coupling connection between brush and motor prevents slipping.
Equipped with soft brushes (0.1mm) for Low-E glass and hard brushes (0.2mm) for ordinary glass.

Transition Section: Adopts dual motors to drive the transmission. Two small glasses can be parked simultaneously to improve efficiency.

Lights Inspection & Aluminum Spacer Placement: Made of aluminum-alloy profiles. Equipped with movable doors for inspection and high-quality energy-saving LED lamps.

Outside Assembly (Optional): Fast and efficient with a low failure rate.

Inside Assembly & Panel Press with Online Argon Gas Inflation:

Denser steel frame for a stronger machine body.
Panel press controlled by Servo motor.
Two-layer front pressing plate ensures long-term flatness.
Partitioned suction cups with individual logic valves.
Automatic online gas filling from the bottom for double & triple IGU.

Output Conveyor: Used to transmit and store glass units. Can be connected directly with a sealing robot for maximum workflow efficiency.
