DZM11P GLASS STRAIGHT-LINE EDGING MACHINE

The front and rear beams of the machine adopt high-strength steel box structure. The right side of the beam is a circular track. The rails on both sides and round end of the beam are embedded with quenched super hard steel guide rails, which is more than ten times the service cycle of ordinary guide rails. The machine adopts chainless ball bearing transmission to change the sliding contact between the bearing and the guide rail into rolling contact, reduce the tension and drive smoothly.

The main drive adopts variable frequency speed regulation motor and hardened gear reducer combined with RV Reducer to ensure higher transmission efficiency, greater transmission torque force, no shaking at low speed, large speed regulation range, convenient and reliable operation. This machine adopts PLC control, Touch Screen display processed thickness, working speed and processed meters. It is applicable to process 3~50mm glass straight-line. Rough/fine grinding and polishing can be finished in one single passage.
